Can you send distant healing to someone who doesn't know that they are actually receiving it?
You can send it both ways, whether the person is aware or not. If the person is aware and in some ways is ready and prepared, it will enhance their experience and quite often to a very deep level.
If the person receiving the healing is not aware (let’s say it’s a gift), the healing will still go to them. The healing energy will circle and envelope them. It will look for an opening through the body/mind/chakras or spirit and eventually enter them.
Who can receive distant healing?
You may want to share distant healing with family and friends. In the same way, you can send distant healing to the souls of loved ones in the spirit world. It is the most special gift they can receive from you. Pets, animals & plants can also be healed.
You can send healing to a group of people, city, country or anywhere on this planet and universe.
How do you prepare for a distant healing?
If possible, a few minutes before your scheduled healing, sit in silence in a quiet room. Do some deep breathing, relax or meditate. Keep distractions to a minimum. At the scheduled time the universal energy will surely come to you. At the beginning of your session, whatever challenges and difficulties you are going through, let the universe know about them, one time only (in your mind). Then forget about everything, sit in silence and let the light take care of you.
